24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients in need of our services.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of their service fee.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

  • Emergency Considerations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
